All custom PexStream Broadcast Solutions are custom-built for each order. Customer understands that delivery time may be delayed due to delays in component shipping. Exact internal parts may also vary between vendors due to changes in availability. Our build team will ensure that any parts replacements will be clearly noted to customer and any and all changes will deliver an unchanged usage experience for the customer.

All systems ship with original manufacturer warranties. Any hardware issues must be addressed with manufacturer directly. We will not facilitate this. If there is an assembly error that is found by customer, it must be reported to us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. We will cover return shipping for the error to be corrected, and the product will be sent back to you.

Customers may request customized configurations. We will plan a custom product for the customer and provide a quote.

Software will not come pre-installed, other than the operating system and necessary drivers.
